Simple Return and Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, just email us by 5 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day after receiving your item, with the purchase date considered as Day 0.
Hassle-Free Buyback Requests:
For buyback requests, ensure the vehicle is at the buyer’s location with on-site payment completed. We will repurchase the vehicle at 100% of the original purchase price, minus documentation fees, shipping, taxes, or state fees associated with the return.
Comprehensive Protection:
Your asset is fully insured during this period, except in cases where the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of an accident.
Return Conditions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for assets that are modified, involved in accidents, damaged, or altered from their original condition upon delivery. Additionally, assets used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance) are not eligible for return.
Swift Return Processing:
Once the return criteria are met, expect a prompt refund. The refund should appear in your account within 1-3 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
